I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents between the ages of 15 and 30, helping them navigate a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and more. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, process underlying feelings, and build greater self-awareness. My approach is grounded in validating each client’s unique experiences and using a combination of person-centered and reality-centered techniques to guide clients toward meaningful change. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and males. Success in therapy with me means clients leave feeling more connected to themselves, empowered and hopeful, and equipped with practical tools to improve their mental health and relationships.
