Kelsey, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), believes that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to take risks, and supported enough to try something new. Her work is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. She believes her clients are the experts of their own lives, and she’s here to support that process with both humility and clarity. Kelsey helps clients explore how their current experiences are shaped by past relationships, systemic pressures, and the stories they’ve carried — and how to begin rewriting those stories with choice and self-trust.

Kelsey works especially with people navigating grief, identity, burnout, and relational challenges. She is passionate about supporting queer, polyamorous, and interracial couples, as well as individuals seeking to find themselves — again, or maybe for the first time. Her approach draws from trauma-informed somatics, attachment theory, and justice-informed care.

If you're looking for a space to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered — Kelsey would be honored to walk alongside you and bear witness to your growth and healing.
