Lamont, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), works with individuals, couples, and families, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, connection, and purpose. He supports those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, offering a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Lamont’s approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Logotherapy, a meaning-centered approach that helps clients reconnect with their values and sense of purpose. He believes that while life experiences shape us, it is often the way individuals interpret and respond to those experiences that contributes to ongoing distress. Through CBT, Lamont helps clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns. Through a person-centered approach, he provides empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. Through logotherapy, he supports clients in exploring meaning, even in difficult moments, and aligning their lives with what matters most to them.

Lamont creates a warm, engaging, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen and heard. He believes that healing begins when individuals take intentional time to examine their thoughts, align with their values, and practice new ways of showing up in their lives. With support and consistency, clients can move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling grounded, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

Success in therapy with Lamont means developing a deeper understanding of oneself, building healthier patterns, and creating a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and fulfilling.
