Lësha, Associate social worker (ASW), specialises in trauma-informed, culturally grounded care. Lesha is an enrolled member of Fort Belknap Indian Community, Mt. Lesha’s practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens within the context of safe, authentic relationships and client-led treatment. Lesha prioritizes creating a respectful space where folks feel seen, heard, and valued.

Drawing from a relational approach, Lesha works alongside individuals to explore the impact of trauma, identity, and lived experience on emotional well-being and living a balanced life. They are committed to honouring each client’s personal strengths and cultural background.

Their scope of practice includes working with adolescents and adults (ages 13–44), with particular focus on individuals who identify as Native American, LGBTQ+, and parents engaged in child dependency processes who are working toward reunification. Lesha brings a nonjudgmental, strengths-based lens to this work, recognizing the complex intersections of systemic impact, identity, and family dynamics.
